Based on the principle of "classification, segmentation and grouping", echelon management is implemented. With a three-year step-by-step development, we will create three talent teams of "procurators, auxiliary personnel and administrative services", highlight a group of procuratorial elites and brand teams, and provide intellectual support and sustained motivation for development.
