Cui Shushu was interviewed
Cui Shu said that hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases need standardized treatment. Liver cancer treatment is extremely complex, according to the staging, whether it is the first surgery or first intervention, or first chemotherapy or first minimally invasive treatment, the factors affecting the prognosis of liver cancer are complex and there are many treatment methods, the clinical departments that can treat liver cancer patients are hepatobiliary surgery, general surgery, transplantation, radiology (imaging), intervention, ultrasound, oncology (internal and external), liver disease internal medicine, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, radiotherapy, biological therapy, traditional Chinese medicine, etc., so it is very important to fully consider the standardized treatment of liver cancer with individual factors. At present, the international recommendation is the MDT (multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment) model to make an individualized diagnosis and treatment plan for patients. "The promotion of the MDT diagnosis and treatment model for liver disease throughout the country will allow liver cancer patients to get the best treatment."
