After the battle, the 188th Division suffered heavy losses, and of the two regiments that attacked, one regiment lost more than 400 troops and the other regiment lost more than 200 soldiers. Many of the fallen warriors hung on wire and failed to be transported back. It can be said that this was a complete failure of the attack.
