Cadres of the People's Congress of Dock Town attended the training course for cadres of the Ruichang Municipal People's Congress in performing their duties

Jiujiang News Network News (Zhang Ziwen) On December 7, under the attention and care of the Standing Committee of the Ruichang Municipal People's Congress, the cadres of the Dock Town People's Congress participated in the training course for the performance of duties by the cadres of the Ruichang Municipal People's Congress. Through this study, the cadres of the Dock Town People's Congress really felt the improvement of their own capabilities.

This study and training mainly focused on the study contents of "Developing People's Democracy in the Whole Process and Doing a Good Job in the Work of the People's Congress in the New Era" and the "Representation Law", "Supervision Law" and other commonly used legal knowledge of the people's congress.

Through this study, we have further enhanced our understanding of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the Fifteenth Provincial Party Congress, further understood the activities of deputies during the intersessional period and the issues that people's congress deputies should clearly understand and pay attention to in performing their duties according to law, and further understood how to practice the party's mass line, thoroughly implement the "Law on Deputies," and how to do a good job in supervising people's congress deputies in the new period. At the meeting, a comprehensive interpretation of the legislative process of the Supervision Law and several basic issues of the Supervision Law was also carried out, and many achievements were made.

The meeting finally made detailed arrangements and arrangements for the future work of the people's congress in five aspects.
