Recently, the Central Committee announced the first batch of great spirits to be included in the spiritual genealogy of Chinese communists. As General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the entrepreneurs' forum, "excellent entrepreneurs must have a lofty sense of mission and a strong sense of responsibility for the country and the nation, closely combine the development of enterprises with the prosperity of the country, the prosperity of the nation, and the happiness of the people, and take the initiative to take responsibility for the country and share the worries for the country", our era is an era that needs to stimulate the vitality of the main body of the enterprise market, and it is also an era that calls for entrepreneurship.

"Those who benefit the country love it, and those who harm the country are evil." Patriotism is the bright undertone of entrepreneurship. From Zhang Jian, the "emperor of the late Qing Dynasty" at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the People's Republic of China, Fang Juzan and Sun Yingde, known as "Mr. Fachang," and Rong Zongjing and Rong Desheng of the "Rong Brothers," to Lu Zuofu, the "King of Chinese Ships, King of Chinese Ships, Chen Jiageng, a patriotic overseas Chinese leader, Hu Wenhu, the "King of Ten Thousand Gold Oils," and "King of the Newspaper Industry," and Zhu Meixian and his wife, to Rong Yiren, a "red capitalist" after the founding of New China, and Wang Guangying, who "followed the party," are all models of patriotic entrepreneurs. In today's era, whether it is to overcome difficulties in technology, accelerate the solution of the problem of technical "stuck neck", or donate materials at the moment of fighting the epidemic, fighting earthquakes and providing disaster relief, as long as entrepreneurs pour their feelings into the feelings of home and country to "do their own thing", they can make greater contributions to the realization of national strength and prosperity.

"To be rich is to be a great cause, and to be new is to be virtuous." Innovation is the living soul of entrepreneurship. Since the reform and opening up, China's economic development has made great progress, which is inseparable from the innovative spirit vigorously promoted by the majority of entrepreneurs. To carry forward the spirit of innovation is to have the courage of "daring to be the first in the world", and the more difficult and dangerous it is, the more courageous it is to move forward. Driven by enterprises, the development of digital economy, mobile payment, smart home appliances, distance education, and online consultation is more and more profoundly reshaping people's lifestyles, and the fruits of technological development have benefited all people more widely.

"Confucianism has no treasure, but faithfulness is treasure." Integrity is the essential requirement of entrepreneurship. If a man has no faith, he will not stand. For enterprises, honesty and trustworthiness, and fulfilling promises are the operating principles that they must adhere to, and they are also the intangible wealth of enterprises. Any responsible enterprise will fulfill its commitment to employees: raise salaries, build dormitories, pay social security, ensure that no employee is left behind, and truly solve the worries of employee development. Such enterprises not only achieve employees, but also establish a good corporate image for themselves. Entrepreneurs should pay attention to their own words and deeds, stress righteousness, take the right path, and set an example of honesty and law-abiding, so as to promote the improvement of the moral quality and civilization level of the whole society.

"Kindness is not a foreign person, and the name cannot be imagined." Dedication is a solid cornerstone of entrepreneurship. Courageously shouldering social responsibility and repaying the society is an important magic weapon for the long-term development of enterprises. Only by putting social benefits in the first place and adhering to the unity of social benefits and economic benefits can we truly be recognized by society and meet the spiritual requirements of the times. In the prevention and control of the epidemic and flood relief, enterprises in various industries have joined the assistance team and become an important force. After the introduction of the "double reduction" policy, at the time of thinking about the transformation, Yu Minhong, chairman of New Oriental, chose to donate nearly 80,000 sets of desks and chairs to rural schools, revitalizing idle resources and accumulating a good reputation for enterprises, which was praised by netizens as a "decent exit".

"Those who want the same thing win, and those who are in the same boat win." Collaboration is the intrinsic essence of entrepreneurship. On November 9, Huawei, together with all community partners, officially donated the Euler Open Source Operating System to the Open Atom Open Source Foundation. This means that Huawei takes the initiative to give up its competitive advantages and promote the rapid growth of enterprises, which is conducive to China's preemptive grasp of the development opportunities of the Internet of Everything. In the era of economic globalization, outstanding entrepreneurs should expand their international vision, think far, strengthen unity in domestic and foreign development, adhere to win-win cooperation, and take a broad road that conforms to the theme of the times. At the same time, we must also base ourselves on China, promote domestic and international dual cycles, and lead enterprises to achieve better development on the economic stage.

In the face of the world's unprecedented changes in a century, it is urgent to carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit, turn crises into opportunities, and find a way out in difficulties. "A single flower is not spring, a hundred flowers bloom in the spring and fill the garden." As young students, they also need to find their own positioning based on the requirements of the times, take the outstanding entrepreneurs of the times as an example, inherit and carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit, actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship activities, and lay a solid foundation for future career development.
