According to documents No. 271 and No. 278 [2021] of the Lanzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, after discussion and approval at the 162nd executive meeting of the Lanzhou Municipal People's Government on November 30, 2021, it was decided to dismiss:
Chen Wei's position as deputy director of the Lanzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau;
Peng Cheng's position as director of the Lanzhou Earthquake Bureau.
