In the case of a private lending dispute between the applicant Wang Bing and the executors Tang Zhijian and Zhang Lingxia, the (2021) Su 0113 Min Chu No. 3704 Civil Mediation Letter made by this court has taken legal effect. Because the judgment debtor has not performed the obligations set forth in the effective legal documents, the obligee has applied to this court for compulsory enforcement, and this court has entrusted three online inquiry service providers Ali Auction, Jingdong Big Data Inquiry Platform, and ICBC Rong e-purchase e-purchase e-commerce platform to inquire about the real estate under the name of the judgment debtor Zhang Lingxia in Room 501, Unit 1, Building 27, Qiaoxiang Road, Qixia District, Nanjing City, and the results of the inquiry were averaged. Upon enquiry, the value of the above houses is 4920280 yuan. The results of the inquiry and the auction ruling are hereby served to you, and if there is any objection to the above documents, you may submit an objection in writing to the Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of this notice. After the deadline, the court will auction and sell the above-mentioned houses in accordance with the law.
