According to the U.S. "World Journal" reported on December 6, the surveillance footage of two African-American robbers robbing a takeaway in a government building in the Bronx, New York, has caused heated discussion, in which two people use bricks to cut down the victim and then carry out violent robbery, and even tear the victim's pants. The Fifth Branch of the Municipal Police bureau of Manhattan's Chinatown District also noticed the trajectory of the two people's crimes in the lower city, and their recent crimes were all committed by the elderly of Chinese descent.

Police said the robbery at NYCHA's Forest Houses was when a 53-year-old delivery man pushed his car into the lobby of a house and was attacked from behind by two men, one with a brick slamming him on the back of the head and the other quickly punching and kicking him.

Surveillance footage shows that the two men were very violent when they robbed, even tearing the victim's pants, and the two escaped the scene after grabbing their wallets and mobile phones.

The case caught the attention of the five sub-bureaus, and police said the duo had been on Forsyth St. before that. Grand St. Knocked a 65-year-old Chinese victim to the ground, snatched his wallet and fled.

The police said that the two men also committed a number of crimes in the jurisdiction of the Lower East Side Seven Bureau, targeting the elderly and those who were good at attacking; the case is still under further investigation. (Zhang Chen)
