Dongxiang County attaches great importance to the construction of the base, and the main leaders of the county party committee and the county government have come to the construction site many times to guide and coordinate the solution of the problem, and the construction has begun since April 15, and the first phase of the project was completed and put into use at the end of July. Located in a valley in Wangjiachuan Village, this base covers an area of more than 30 acres and has built two high-standard sheep houses of more than 3,000 square meters, a forage shed of 600 square meters, and a silage cellar of 1,000 cubic meters. At present, 1800 square meters of sheep houses, 400 square meters of comprehensive buildings and related hydropower road supporting facilities are under construction.

Ren Xiaoming told reporters: "Now we each raise 1,000 sheep, all of which rely on intelligent and refined management. After strict killing, the reporter followed him into the sheep house and saw that the addition of materials, drinking water, light, indoor temperature regulation and removal of feces were semi-intelligent. Each sheep is marked, information management is implemented, and a traceability system is established, from the birth of the sheep to the table, a series of data during the period are well documented. Intelligent testing of breeding ewes helps production managers select more high-quality breeding ewes.

Recently, Dongxiang County has organized township and village cadres and farmers to visit and study the base many times, providing an advanced breeding model for the county's sheep breeding industry. This is a leap forward in the aquaculture industry, and many farmers have rebuilt their farms according to the standards here. "The base entrusted Bixiang Company to implement and operate independently, adopt the model of 'company + cooperative + poor households', establish a breeding cooperation alliance, and realize the integration of breeding technology and market resource information sharing." Zhang Tao said.
