The implementation of responsibilities should be strict, adhere to the combination of "strips" and "blocks", tighten the responsibilities of all parties, especially the main responsibilities of enterprises, move the gate forward to force enterprises to increase safety investment, strengthen safety education and training, and truly transmit pressure to the very end. It is necessary to rectify hidden dangers in detail, keep an eye on key areas such as hazardous chemicals, road traffic, coal and non-coal mines, rural housing safety, building construction, and forest fires, promptly investigate hidden dangers through specialized means, promote the rectification of hidden dangers by means of warning interviews, and resolutely prevent and curb major and extraordinarily large production safety accidents. Emergency response should be fast, improve all kinds of emergency response plans, strengthen the construction of rescue teams, strictly implement duty duty, and carry out risk assessment and practical training drills on a regular basis to ensure that once an accident occurs, it can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
