At the symposium, the participants focused on the substantive resolution of administrative disputes in combination with the actual work conditions, discussed and exchanged views on the appearance of responsible persons of administrative organs in court to respond to lawsuits, centralized jurisdiction over administrative cases, and mediation of administrative disputes, and put forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening the benign interaction between administration and the judiciary and establishing a linkage mechanism for administrative dispute mediation.

It is necessary to fully understand the important role of substantive resolution of administrative disputes in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people, promoting administration according to law and the construction of a government based on the rule of law, and helping social harmony.
It is necessary to strengthen communication and exchanges with the courts, strengthen coordination and linkage, establish and improve the dispute resolution system of "multiple mediation before mediation and after the court litigation is broken", substantively resolve administrative disputes, better improve the effect of resolving administrative contradictions and disputes, and strive to let the people feel fairness and justice in every case.
At the same time, in terms of the responsible persons of administrative organs appearing in court to respond to lawsuits, it is necessary to give full play to the exemplary and educational effectiveness of the responsible persons of administrative organs appearing in court, so that the responsible persons of administrative organs "appearing in court and making a sound" has become the norm, and constantly promoting administration according to law.
