II. Time and Object of The Call for Papers From now until December 12, 2021 (one month), all poetry lovers who work in Zhengyang and zhengyang who work in other places can submit articles.

3. Submission methods and requirements for entries to be sent to the mailbox [email protected] in electronic form, please indicate the words of the first "Drunkard's Wine Glass" poetry contest in Zhengyang County's "New Year's Day and New Year". The format is: the name of the work + the name of the author + the body, and the end of the manuscript must indicate the author's real name, unit or address, contact number or WeChat, etc. Paper submissions are not accepted.

IV. Content and Requirements of the Call for Papers (1) With the theme of praising the advanced figures, advanced deeds, beautiful environment and excellent style that have emerged in the construction of Zhengyang Land, it aims to highlight the main theme and carry forward positive energy. It can be narrative, it can be written scenes, it can be lyrical, it can be discussed, and it can be both.

(2) The poetry draft is limited to ancient poetry and near-body poems (words, songs, and small orders); the requirements of the "General Principles of Joint Law" shall prevail. Poetry and rhymes cannot be mixed with new and old rhymes (new rhymes must be noted). Each person submits no more than five poems (qu ling) and no more than five poems (sub-poems) each. There must be a poem and two pairs of poems related to wine.

(3) The submitted works must be their own original works, and those who plagiarize and infringe on the copyrights of others shall bear the responsibility for the text. (4) Participating authors must carefully review the topics, skillfully conceive and create carefully. Irregularities, deviations from the theme, and poor artistic conception shall be deleted directly and shall not participate in the preliminary evaluation. (5) There is no entry fee for this activity and no return of papers. Award-winning works will not be paid in addition to certificates, prizes (or prizes). For works that do not meet the requirements of the call for papers, such as copyrights, the organizer has the right to cancel their qualifications, withdraw the prize money (prizes) and award certificates, and notify them in the media, and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.

V. Selection and Award Setting (1) In this competition, in line with the principle of "three gongs" of fairness and openness, all manuscripts are registered by special personnel and anonymously numbered, and handed over to the organizing committee of the competition for preliminary evaluation of all submissions; The results will be released on a public account around December 20, and the majority of poetry, yanglian enthusiasts and all sectors of society are welcome to supervise. (2) Awards are divided into two groups: poetry group and Yang Lian group. Each group will be awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and several excellent awards. Awards for each level may be vacant due to quality issues, and if there is a tie (limited to two) the number of places may be increased. Participating authors in the same genre will only receive the highest prize and may not repeat the prize; (3) the award-winning authors will be awarded a certificate of award and a prize (or prize) respectively. (4) All award-winning and selected works shall be used by the Organizing Committee of this Grand Prix (the author has the right of authorship) and will not be paid separately.
