Grandpa was born in the first year of the Republic of China (1912), when Taiwan was during the Japanese occupation period, and Grandpa's generation was educated in Japanese culture and ate Japanese-style food.
Among them, the Japanese street food "Daijutsu yaki", which is the predecessor of "wheel cake", but there is only one flavor of Ōju yaki, that is, red bean filling, which has been improved and developed, and is now a crowd of fillings.

Throughout the summer this year, Bay has locked itself in its home, carefully researching and developing new flavors of wheel cakes.
Kung Fu pays off. The article in February ignited the "Warring States Era" of Tin City Wheel Cake, and many brands joined the market competition, but the taste of Bay Bay is still thriving.

Wanwan also revealed that at present, the management and business of her wheel cake shop is on the right track, and she does not need to worry too much, so she wants to return to her own business - confinement center and pregnant women's nutritious meals.
