At the launching ceremony, Chen Xin, executive deputy director of the Municipal Customs Work Committee, said that left-behind children, like other children, are under the same blue sky and have the right to look up at the stars and pursue their dreams. One child is the hope of a family, and ten million children is the hope of a nation. He taught the children to dare to dream, dare to chase dreams, and be diligent in realizing their dreams.
