People who grow up in Sanmen Bay rely on wisdom to obtain delicious ingredients from the sea through collection, cultivation, fishing and other operations, which the locals call "small sea", and these delicious ingredients are called "small seafood". The zēng used by fishermen for fishing is already a living fossil in today's industrial fishing.
Sanmen is located on the shores of Sanmen Bay in the middle of China's "golden coastline", and the islands in the bay are dotted with islands and strange holes, and a wide variety of marine life has been derived. Children can follow the local fishermen out to sea, catch fresh fish, intuitively learn the growth characteristics and habits of a variety of fish and crabs, and feel the gifts from the ocean.

Gozojima
Goko Island consists of five larger islands, namely the main island, Trail Mountain and Small Trail, Dry Mountain, Chicken Cage Mountain, and Qingshi Bean, of which Qingshi Bean is the famous Bird Island. The flock of birds is dominated by seagulls and egrets, with grey-backed pigeons and snow geese in between. Whenever the ship approached, the gulls and herons chirped in unison and flew in the air, which was spectacular.
This time, we will also go to the real desert island, Tadao Island, where zoology and botany teachers lead children to hike to a rarely visited island to identify the abundant intertidal creatures on the seashore.

Pirate village
The pirate village was destroyed from the Chu state, ou and Fujian were in conflict during the Han Wu emperor, to the Three Kingdoms Sun Wu regime strangled the mountain Yue people, the Sanmen Bay indigenous sea jumped into Ryukyu, and the snake pan island became a transit station to Luzon and other Southeast Asian archipelagos. After that, it was reduced to a place where the exiles hid their eternal lives, and the pirates fell into the kingdom of Kou Xiaoju.
The pirate village brings together the famous pirate figures and their various "thieves" in the sea. Kids can really immerse themselves in it and feel the charm of the ancient ruins.

The mudflat fish, also known as the jumping fish, is a fish that can live on land. Catching them is no easy task: using a five-meter-long fishing rod and a 6-meter-long fishing line, you can catch prey that is only 5 centimeters long from ten meters away, and its difficulty and accuracy are no less than that of shooting from 30 meters away. From power to capture, it only takes one-eighth of a second.
Children can observe the traditional fishing techniques recorded in "China on the Tip of the Tongue", which is very different from ordinary life, which can broaden children's horizons and expand their knowledge.
7/8 Stone Culture
Savage Cave
Since the Song Huizong Daxing "Huashi Class", due to the superiority of stone materials and the convenience of shipping, the quarrying industry of Shepan Island came into being, and large-scale quarrying began. The "wildlings" refer to the mountain people such as quarries, pirates and islanders, and the wildlings cave is their former shelter.
The Savage Cave is not only a "remnant mountain" miracle after a thousand years of axe chiseling, but also contains the ruggedness and freehand of the mountain cave dwelling.
Stone windows
The hollow carved stone windows commonly used in Sanmen Bay, which began in the Southern Song Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, are the epitome of the history and culture of Sanmen Bay, containing the superb stone carving skills of the Sanmen people, with high practicality and artistry, which were included in the "Dictionary of Chinese Folk Art" and selected into the list of intangible cultural heritage of Zhejiang Province.

The beauty of Sanmen seafood is due to the unique water environment. Originating from the tributaries of the Tiantai Shanshui system and the Shuishui Mountain System, with fresh and sweet water quality, it is injected into the mixed tide of Sanmen Bay, making the bait microorganisms in this sea area extremely rich, attracting the marine population to follow the tide and gather for food, so the meat quality of seafood is particularly delicious, and the variety is also numerous.
Blue crabs, shrimp, tides, clams, oysters, blood clams, mud snails... Freshly caught fish, shrimp and crabs, just need to be fried in clear oil, returning to the traditional simple production methods, you can fully reflect the umami taste.

Ningbo - Sanmen County, stay in the Shepan Island camp.
In the afternoon, visit the pirate village and the Savage Cave.
d3 - August 15 - Thursday
Head to the shores of Shepan Island to catch jumping fish, dig clams, and observe the traditional fishing techniques recorded in "China on the Tip of the Tongue".
In the afternoon, through the three stone windows, you can experience the local culture with great characteristics.
In the evening, the theme lecture of "Marine Life" allowed the students to have a preliminary understanding of the diversity of marine species and the marine ecological environment.
d4 - August 16 - Friday
Go to the mud park and experience the fishermen's lifestyle by enjoying a series of activities such as seahorse riding, crab catching, tug-of-war on the mud, and shellfish collection on the mud.
After lunch, take a boat to Gozo Island, arrive at Tadao Island to set up a camp, take a boat to Xiaodadao Island, and start a desert island hike under the leadership of a professional outdoor hiking leader and marine biology and botany teachers to identify the rich intertidal animals and island plants on the seashore.
d5 - August 17 - Saturday
In the early morning, follow the fishermen to collect fishing by boat, use the most primitive sea fishing methods, catch rich fish shellfish, listen to the teacher's explanation, cook live by the chef on the boat, and enjoy the freshest seafood feast.
Return to Ningbo in the afternoon and close the camp ceremony in the evening.
