Add an appropriate amount of water, then pour in the fish head and fish bones, add a little cooking wine, and then add salt, chicken essence, pepper, sugar and sugar
Bring on high heat and cook for about three minutes, then remove the head and tail of the fish and put it on the plate for later
Then fish out the soybean sprouts and ingredients and put them in the basin, and then put the marinated fish fillets into the pot.
Gently turn over and cook on high heat for about a minute, then turn off the heat and pour the cooked fillets and fish soup into the basin
In another pot, add a large spoonful of vegetable oil, pour in the green and red peppers and peppercorns and bring to a boil
Then sprinkle the fillets with a little chili noodles and minced garlic
When the oil temperature in the pot rises to 80% hot, scoop a spoonful of boiling oil and pour it on the fillets.
