
1. Preparation materials: Pork cut into thin slices, choose 2/8 of the fat and lean.
2. Two thorn strips and red pepper cutting hob.
3. When the oil is hot for 7 minutes, if you like hemp flavor, you can add sesame pepper, sauté the meat slices slightly, add cooking wine and stir-fry.
4. Keep on high heat, add tempeh and bean paste when the meat is white and fragrant, and continue to stir-fry on high heat until the slices are evenly colored.
5. Add the 2 thorns and red pepper, turn to medium heat and sauté for 2 minutes.
6. Remove from the pan.
