There are many ways to cook enoki mushrooms, minced pepper and garlic steaming, stir-frying, cold mixing, etc. There are many kinds of methods, and each has its own taste, I like to eat it fried with bacon. Enoki mushrooms are actually not expensive, quite a cheap vegetable, but after rolling a piece of bacon, I feel that the whole dish will immediately become high-end atmosphere on the grade, and relatives and friends at home are also a good choice.
Ingredients: Enoki mushrooms, bacon, minced black pepper.
Directions: Cut off the roots of the mushroom, tear it into small pieces by hand, wash it, drain and set aside. (If you cut it shorter, you don't have to tear it, and it will naturally spread out)
Cut the bacon in half, put the mushroom on top, roll it up with bacon and stick it in with a toothpick.
Put a very small amount of oil in the pan, fry over low heat, and fry until the surface of the bacon is a little browned and the mushrooms are soft.
Sprinkle with crushed black pepper and you're ready to serve.
Note that when frying, be sure to keep the heat low, the fire is too big for the bacon on the outside to be cooked, and the mushrooms inside are not yet cooked.
It is best to choose seven points of thin and three points of fat for bacon, so that it tastes better. A little fat will automatically produce oil, so there is no need to put oil in the pot.
Enoki mushrooms do not need to be torn too much, try to tear into a bite that can be eaten.
After frying, the toothpick can be removed, initially to fix the shape and prevent it from falling apart.
