Talking about the downward market decline, Wang Xia pointed out that growth, stagnation and decline are the norm of the market, extreme pessimism and extreme optimism are not advisable; when the market declines, the power of brand competition is displayed; market competition has shifted from changing lanes to long-distance positioning; to be a high-tech core, not just a shell.

"China is still a paradise for the development and innovation of the automotive industry." Chi Xiaoyan, senior vice president of Phoenix Network, believes that although the market is down for a short time, we still have a lot of car demand potential that has not been released. She said that through the "brand home" service system, and the brand to build IP, really help the globalization and rejuvenation of enterprises.

"If everyone knew that the market would be so depressed 5 years ago, the new car-making forces might not have been so courageous." Zhao Fuquan, dean of the Institute of Automotive Industry and Technology Strategy of Tsinghua University, said that enterprises should have a sense of normalcy, and under the tide of the new four modernizations, enterprises should ultimately achieve the differentiated advantages of enterprises and brands through product differentiation.

Tan Benhong, executive vice president of Changan Automobile, believes that although it is difficult, it is still a good era. "If we go forward another decade, it may be more difficult to make adjustments." He said, it seems that the era of "selling as long as there is a product" is gone. Now homogeneous competition, everyone is very close. He said that the current adjustment is equivalent to a vaccine, and the ability to innovate is extremely important.

Experts at the meeting expressed the importance of cooperation on how to deal with the challenges of the future. Xu Heyi, chairman of the board of directors and secretary of the party committee of BAIC Group, pointed out when talking about the development of the new energy automobile industry, one is strong innovation, opening up and cooperation with "platformization" to solve common problems; the second is to strengthen the industry, open cooperation with "alliance" to break through industrial bottlenecks; the third is strong ecology, with "cross-border" open cooperation, layout of future scenarios.

The "new four modernizations" of the automotive industry have also become the focus of attention. "What does the real future look like?" The answer and advice we give is the smart cockpit. Yu Jingmin, deputy general manager of SAIC Passenger Vehicles, said, "The key to achieving differentiation in the new four modernizations lies in people, and whether they can come up with the favorite experiences of the users of the new four modernizations." He believes that users are the source of innovation, and intelligent driving will appear earlier than most people expect.
