Ingredients
50g shredded green papaya, 10g shredded carrot, 1 long bean carob cut into small pieces
1-2 tsp palm sugar (or brown sugar), 1 pinch of salt, 1-2 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice), 1 tbsp fish sauce
1-3 small peppers, 1 tbsp cooked peanuts, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 sliced tomato
How to do it
1: Peel and wash the green papaya and remove the seeds. Rub the papaya meat into thin strips with a wire wiper (there is no tool to cut with a knife). Carrots are also rubbed with silk. (If possible, it will be more crisp to soak the papaya shreds in ice water)
2: Put the garlic and small peppers into a bowl and mash them. Add long beans, lime juice, palm sugar, fish sauce, tomato, salt, papaya shredded papaya and carrot shredded and mix well. Stir with a spoon and pound the ingredients with a pestle to mix evenly and flavor.
3: Sprinkle with cooked peanut crushes and serve.
