The lecturers spoke carefully, the masses listened carefully, and the training benefited more than 200 people.

At the training site, according to the different varieties of fruit trees selected in various places, the technicians respectively talked about the management techniques of peach, pomegranate and apple land consolidation, seedling planting, watering and fertilization, pruning and stereotyping, post-management, and pest control.

"Today, we mainly carry out training in the cultivation and management technology of peaches, pomegranates and apples, and explain the management of soil fertilizer and water, pest control, plastic pruning, etc., focusing on spring fertilization, spring pest control and spring pruning." Yang Hua said.

Zu Xiangshi, a fruit farmer from Yuanji Village who participated in the training, told the teacher that his family had been planting peach trees for many years, and due to the lack of planting technology, they always left it to fend for themselves and produce nothing. The results show that the fruits produced by the naturally growing fruit trees are poor in quality, light in taste, and low in yield, and cannot be sold for much money.

Today, the teacher came to the base to train us in pruning and fertilization, and I am very grateful, and the next step is to manage the soft-seeded pomegranate tree as well as possible. In the Demonstration Base of Dashaba Seed (Planting) Breeding in Wenchang Village Qianjin Group, apple trees, soft-seeded pomegranates, peach trees and loquat trees planted on the side of the fish pond have grown very vigorously, but there is no trace of artificial management, and seedlings are allowed to grow naturally.

At the forest site, technical experts patiently explained to growers the management essentials of apple trees, soft-seeded pomegranates, peach trees, and loquat trees. Especially when it comes to apple tree planting, how to prune branches, press strips and other hands to the growers to demonstrate the operation, even the technical staff of the Admiralty Town Agricultural Service Center standing nearby also listened with relish.

"If it is an upright branch, the oval apple is here, the fruit is next to the branch, it has a face that cannot be colored, the fruit surface is not smooth and not good-looking, and the shape of the fruit is not good, so it is good to droop the branch to bear fruit." Yang Hua explained while demonstrating.

In recent years, Admiralty Town has spared no effort and repeatedly mobilized in the restructuring of the agricultural industry, especially increasing the technical training and guidance of characteristic fruit forests, improving the management level of characteristic fruit forests, and focusing on creating a group of "soil experts" who have been cultivated and managed by characteristic fruit forests to ensure that the characteristic fruit forest industry can exert economic benefits and help farmers increase their income and become rich.

In accordance with the requirements of the "four stresses and four exercises", 112 various kinds of training were carried out, 6058 people were trained, and the training involved 1298 people from 244 poor households. Through the training of fruit forest planting management technology, it has always been the highlight of the farmers' poverty alleviation seminar in the new era.

It is understood that the training involved more than 200 fruit forest growers in Yuanzhen Village, Lion Village and Wenchang Village.
