Chen Liang (16 October 1143 – 1194) was a native of Yongkang, Wuzhou (present-day Zhejiang). His original name was Chen Runeng, the character Tongfu, the number Longchuan, and the scholar was called Mr. Longchuan. The name Chen Liang was changed in the early years of Emperor Xiaozong of Song.
Chen Liang opposed peace all his life and was a staunch anti-Gold faction. He had been imprisoned three times before that. At the age of 51, Chen Liang, who had been frustrated for many years, made a splash and won the first place in Shao Xi's four-year imperial examination and won the high school title.
Unfortunately, Chen Liang died of illness the following year at the age of fifty-two due to "distress and hardship, jingze internal consumption".
Chen Liang's name is well known, in large part because of his good friend: Xin Qiyi. In Xin's famous lyrics, we can see the name Chen Tongfu or the same father.
In the Song Dynasty Zhao Shu's "Raising Wrinkles Manbi", Chen Liang's process of knowing Xin Ren's disease is recorded, and it seems that this Mr. Long Chuan is still a violent temper that abuses animals:
Chen Tongfu, name Liang, longchuan. I first heard the name of Xin Jiaxuan and visited it. Will go to the door, meet the small bridge, three jumps and three horses. Tongfu angrily drew his sword and waved his horse's head, pushed the horse to the ground, and marched on foot. Jia Xuanshi leaned on the building, looked at it, and was amazed. If anyone is sent to inquire, the door has been reached and the order has been made.
In the preface to Xin's "He Groom and The Long Pavilion of Wine", the story of Chen Liang's visit to himself is recorded:
Chen Tong's father came from Dongyang and stayed for ten days. Swim with the Goose Lake, and will zhu obscure the temple in the Purple Creek, not to the east. Farewell to tomorrow, yu yi is in love, and wants to chase the road. In the heron forest, the snow is deep and muddy, and it is not allowed to go forward. Drinking alone in Fang Village, I was afraid for a long time, and I hated to keep it. In the middle of the night, I stayed at the Four Lookout Towers of Wu's Spring Lake, smelled the sadness of the neighbor flute, and gave "He Groom" to see. For another five days, the same father came to ask for words, and those whose hearts were the same, could smile a thousand miles.
Xin Said, Chen Liang came to visit me from Dongyang and stayed for ten days. We were going to meet with Zhu Xi in Zixi, but Zhu Xi did not come, and Chen Liang returned to the east. Before leaving, after sending Chen Liang away, I wrote a poem "He Groom" to express my feelings. Five days later, Chen Liang sent a letter to ask for words, and we can really say that we are in touch with each other.
This story is very similar to the tacit understanding between Yuan Shu and Bai Juyi. Bai Juyi missed Yuan Shu and wrote a poem: Counting to liangzhou today. Yuan Shu was in Liangzhou, composing a poem: so shocked in ancient Liangzhou.
Xin did not tell Chen Liang that he had written the words, but Chen Liang knew to ask him for words. Word Cloud:

After Chen Liang saw Xin Renjie's words, he replied with rhymes, so Xin Abandoned Disease wrote another poem "He Groom Meets harmony with his father, and then uses rhymes to answer it":
Boss Nakan said! Like today, the smell of yuanlong, Meng Gong is involved. My sick man came to sing and drink, and the snow flew from the building. Smile rich, rich, like a hair. Who's going to listen to the hard language? Remember at that time, only the West Window Moon. Re-enter the wine and call the serpent. There is no difference between hearts and minds. Q Qu Nong: After all, Shenzhou, how many clutches? The sweat, blood and salt car is unattended, and the bones are collected in the air. The road to the guanhe is broken. I have the most pity for the mid-night dance, the Road boy, to the death of the heart like iron! Look at the test hand and make up for the cracks.
However, what brought Chen Liang even greater fame was Xin Renjie's "Breaking the Line, the Second One Of Which Gave Chen Tongfu a Strong Speech to Send":
Drunk, he picked up the lamp to look at the sword, and dreamed of blowing back to the horn and camp. Eight hundred miles under the command, fifty strings overturned the outside sound. For most people who don't pay much attention to poetry, this song "Broken Line" is much more influential. Chen Tongfu in the word is Chen Liang.
According to the Ancient and Modern Words, this poem was also written in this period:
"Chen Liang passed over Jiaxuan and talked about the affairs of the world." Liang Ye Si You An Su was serious, afraid of being jealous, and stole his stable horse to go. You'an gave the word "Broken Line" to send it. ”
Chen Liang participated in the imperial examination three times, the first two times being named Luosun Mountain. At the same time, as a cloth, he also had three prison experiences, and after his three in and three exits, he had already spent most of his life.
In the fifth year of Chunxi (1178), Chen Liang wrote three times in a row, criticizing the national policy of the imperial court in the southeast corner of Gou'an and the style of empty talk of scholars. This moved Song Xiaozong, but Chen Liang refused Xiaozong's recruitment.
After returning to his hometown, Chen Liang was falsely accused and tortured, "flogging and skinlessness." Fortunately, this matter was learned from Emperor Xiaozong, and the edict was issued to avoid death. Later, there was another murder of domestic servants, and Chen Liang was once again sent to Dali Prison. This time, thanks to the rescue of Prime Minister Wang Huai and his friend Xin Zhiyi and others, they once again escaped death.
After Song Guangzong ascended the throne, Chen Liang was imprisoned again. This time, because someone at the banquet was poisoned and died, the family of the deceased falsely accused Chen Liang of poisoning, so Chen Liang revisited the same place again: he went to Dali Temple Prison. This time, it was Shaoqing Zheng Ruhuan who interceded in front of Song Guangzong to avoid death.
After Chen Liang was released from prison, he said that his several prison sentences were actually persecution by political enemies:
Liang indiscriminately does not need to be a calamity, at first he wants to mutilate his life with people, and then he wants to be bribed and mutilated, refuses to go to prison, and searches for a crime that cannot be punished... It can be described as the ultimate in nitpicking. ”
A reader who fell behind several times, because of his political views, caused the disaster of killing himself, and even alarmed the emperor to be spared, which can be seen that Chen Liang's influence is great.
In the fourth year of ShaoXi (1193), Chen Liang, who was already fifty-one years old, once again took the entrance examination of the Rebbe, this time deeply appreciated by Song Guangzong, and won the first place in the imperial approval.
According to Ye Shaoweng's Records of the Four Dynasties, Chen Liangzhong's reason for the Yuanyuan has another mysterious reason:
Shi Zhuxian greeted The Emperor of Guang for a long time, and even more advanced to the advice. Liang Alone in the last chapter has the saying that "it is better to be a courtesy in the fourth dynasty of January", and the Guang Emperor thought that he was good between father and son, and was promoted to the first.
After Emperor Xiaozong of Song gave way, Song Guangzong did not ask for warmth like Emperor Xiaozong did with Emperor Gaozong, so he was questioned by the sages.
And Chen Liang's article has such a sentence: "Will it be a courtesy in the fourth dynasty of January." It seems that Song Guangzong found a reason to excuse his behavior, so it was right in Song Guangzong's arms. It seems that when the ancients were studying, they often did not look at it to learn to look at luck, otherwise how could Du Fu and Meng Haoran fail to succeed repeatedly?
In his xie en poem to Song Guangzong, Chen Liang expressed his ambition of the old Ji Futuo:
Yun Hanzhao returned to the Jinzhang, and his clothes were covered with nine heavenly lights. Deyu has been distributed flatly, and Renfeng and Fengyang have been put in place. Zhi Dao Xiu Ming dang Zheng Ning, Huang Wei Zhen stacked to the fang. Revenge is a lifelong ambition, not a Confucian mane.
Unfortunately, Chen Liang was already in a broken year at this time, and the next year, he died of illness.

When Zhang Sen sent an envoy to the Jin Dynasty, it was already December of the twelfth year of Chunxi (1185), which was 21 years after the signing of the Longxing Peace Agreement. However, the unequal uncle-nephew relationship between Song and Jin made the Southern Song monarchs feel humiliated. Every time the emissaries of the Jin Dynasty went south, they were extremely arrogant, but when the Emissaries of the Southern Song Dynasty went north, they were often discriminated against by the kings of the Jin Kingdom.
At this time, the Song and Jin had been living peacefully for more than 20 years, but from Chen Liang's poem, it can be seen that the poet still did not forget to restore the great cause, and at the same time, for the humiliation of the Jin people for the Southern Song Dynasty, it was even more unfair.

The dangerous building still looks forward, sighing, several people in ancient times have met. The ghost set up a god shi, hun recognized as, the heaven limit of the southern frontier and the northern boundary. One water stretches across the sky, three sides of the post, making a competition for dominance. What happened in the Six Dynasties was only a private plan. Because the laughing king thanked everyone, ascended to the heights and far away, and also learned from the hero. However, the Yangtze River cannot be managed, and the river is endless. Just a long drive, don't look back, look for the middle of the oath. The child broke the thief, and Shi Chengning asked the battlefield.
Duojinglou, in the north of Zhenjiang, under the mountain is the Yangtze River that is said in the word "the limit of heaven limits the northern boundary of southern Xinjiang".

Chen Liangxue had no teacher, but he devoted himself to writing and lecturing, and created the Yongkang School. Therefore, when introducing Chen Liang, he not only said that he was a literary scholar, but also a thinker. He once engaged in a confrontation with Zhu Xi on the "Discernment of Wang Ba's Righteousness and Profit".
Chen Liang has been shouting all his life to recover his homeland, but unfortunately, like Lu You and Xin Qijie, he can only die with regrets. In fact, why didn't Song Xiaozong want to restore the Central Plains? Only as a sober emperor, he experienced the fiasco of the Longxing Northern Expedition and naturally knew the risks of the Northern Expedition.
Eleven years after Chen Liang's death, Emperor Xiaozong of Song's son Song Ningzong supported Han Nong's Northern Expedition and again suffered defeat and humiliation. The Jiading Peace Agreement was signed between Song and Jin, and it was still an indemnity recognition. The relationship between the Song Emperor and the Jin Emperor changed from nephew to nephew, which was more humiliating than the "Longxing Peace Conference".
