Chen Xin, general manager of Yangling Park of Wangying Internet of Things (Yangling) Supply Chain Co., Ltd., said: "According to the current construction progress of the project, the first phase can be delivered at the end of this year, it can be officially operated on January 1 next year, and the second phase is expected to be delivered and operated in the fourth quarter of next year. In the third phase, our plan is to do customized warehousing, which should be put into operation in 2023.
Fuchun Wangying Internet of Things (Yangling) Supply Chain Operation Center Project is a key construction project of the three levels of government in Shaanxi Province, Yangling Demonstration Zone and Yangling District in 2019, with a total investment of 800 million yuan, and started construction in February 2019, the project covers an area of 274 mu, with a total construction area of 250,000 square meters, divided into 9 building units, mainly divided into four major sections: supply chain operation functional area, offline exhibition and sales functional area, e-commerce office and data service area, and life assistance functional area.
It is understood that after the completion and operation of the Fuchun Netying Internet of Things (Yangling) Supply Chain Operation Center project, in addition to the warehousing function, it will also apply high-tech means such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things to build an integrated operation platform for intelligent supply chain and trade and retail.
"We want to be the distribution center of the entire Northwest Agricultural and Sideline Products, and plan to build a financial service platform for the integration of cold chain operations and supply chain of Northwest agricultural products." After the official operation of the project, it is expected that the annual revenue can reach 1.8 billion, the tax revenue will be about 78 million, and it will drive about 1500 people to work.
