Recently, the Taiyuan Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspection, sampling inspection of 287 batches of qualified samples and 4 batches of unqualified samples.
The sampling items include: biscuits, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, starch and starch products, soy products and other 26 categories of food 291 batches of samples. After inspection, a total of 287 batches of qualified samples and 4 batches of unqualified samples were inspected.
Among them, the Haitian pure raw dried shrimp skin sold by Wang Huiling Seasoning Shop in Xiaodian District and produced by Jinjiang Wangyuan Food Co., Ltd., of which cadmium does not meet the national standards for food safety;
Noodles sold by Linxin Snack Bar in Xiaodian District, where the residual amount of aluminum does not meet the national standards for food safety;
Dandan noodles sold at Hongda Snack Bar in Xiaodian District, in which benzoic acid and its sodium salt do not meet the national standards for food safety;
The cold powder sold by Hongda Snack Bar in Xiaodian District, in which the residual amount of aluminum does not meet the national standards for food safety.
