Fourth Realm: bhanwargupha - Whirlingcave -

First the body (sensory paralysis, out-of-body experience, etc.) must be abandoned, then the lower and higher minds (in the sahas-dal-kanwal and trikuti stages), and finally the soul itself (in the sachhand), which is nothing more than a blister in the infinite sea.

The soul then enters the hootalhoot, which in Hinduism is described as bhanwar-gupha. It is always rotating in small movements. The soul is always swinging on it, and there are countless spiritual islands all over it, and the sounds of sohangsohang and anahoohoo are constantly heard. The soul ecstasy enjoys these sounds, as well as the sweet bursts of sandalwood and flutes (other characteristics of this field cannot be described in words, but can only be understood after the spirit has arrived there by doing abhyas)--shivdayalsingh, hidayatnama.

[sohang: I'm the one]

After the soul reaches bhanwargupha, the ability to listen and see reaches a state of satisfaction (Julianp.Johnson, 1953). According to shivdayalsingh's records, this satisfaction is due to a peculiar structure perceived in the Rukmini tunnel into the Fourth Realm. No radhasoami man has explained in words what this vision is, and like all higher experiences, it must be understood by personal experience, not by analogy that is destined to be mysterious.

Bhanwargupha is a funnel throughout the creative process from sachkhand downwards. Its name demonstrates the enormous power that this field naturally possesses: "swirling vortexes". The main name of this realm is sohang (I am the one), and this descriptive incantation hints at a conscious intuition possessed by souls with higher status.

According to the Sage, the stream of bhanwargupha is so sweet and charming that the soul lives completely away from the nourishing jelly, and no longer desires anything but the Lord's darshan and the appearance of light and sound. The most famous medieval sage Kabir (or at least the work attributed to him) describes how hansas (pure spirits) inhabit spiritual islands and enjoy themselves in magnificent palaces.

In his book The Yoga Philosophy of the Sages, Faqirchand gives a more psychological explanation of the experience of the meditator in the fourth realm: "When the zener reaches the bhanwar-gupha realm, the meditator has nothing but himself. This center is likened to bhanwar, which means rotation. In this center, a wheel shakes like a cradle, meaning that in this center a wave gushes out of the meditator's soul and merges back into its own source, or it spins around its own source, producing the flute sound of sohang. The sound of this center is so effective that the meditator rejoices in the joy of becoming one with the Supreme Soul.
