This morning, Fuyang Dayuan Town held a mobilization meeting for the relocation of houses in Zhenlong (Phase II) of the market town. The relocation of Zhenlong (Phase I) was signed in May 2019. The relocation block in this period is located on the north side of Dayuan Creek and South Daqiao Road, in the area of Dayuan inlet town, involving about 300 relocated households and 7 enterprises.
At the mobilization meeting, the provisional party committee, temporary party branch and command center for the relocation of houses in Zhenlong (Phase II) of Dayuan Ji Town were set up respectively, and a working mechanism of "one department and ten groups" was formed, including a comprehensive coordination group, a comprehensive security group, a housing and population identification group, and a relocation working group.
Qiu Peiyou, a representative of the relocated households of party members, said: "I propose that the majority of relocated households bear in mind the overall situation of dayuan development, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, take the initiative to publicize policies and regulations, and actively cooperate with the surveying, mapping, evaluation, signing, and vacating of housing relocation. At the same time, we should strictly abide by law and discipline, refrain from surprise renovation and rush construction, do not do anything harmful to the interests of the state and the public, actively do a good job in the ideological work of relatives, maintain harmony and stability, and contribute to accelerating the construction of Hangzhou Fuchun Bay New City. ”
Yang Lanying, secretary of the party committee of Dayuan Town, said that in recent years, Dayuan Town has won many relocation battles such as the square complex block in front of the Hangzhou-Huangzhou high-speed railway station, the organic renewal of the market town, and the Zhenlong (Phase I). This time Zhenlong (Phase II) house relocation, it is necessary to further unify thinking, clarify the goal, and make concerted efforts to win this house relocation conference battle and let the market town relocate Dayuan a new springboard for "squat and jump".
