In order to promote the work of the Young Pioneers in schools, improve the organization of the Young Pioneers, comprehensively improve the overall quality of the members of the team, and cultivate the organizational and management abilities of the team members, the election campaign for cadres of the Young Pioneers Brigade of the Fangxin Primary School in Weiyang District was carried out as scheduled.
In line with the principle of "openness, fairness and justice", the fourth, fifth, and sixth grade squadrons selected candidates for the brigade cadres with excellent character and learning to participate in the campaign, and the campaign set up three links, such as the knowledge test of the junior team, the campaign speech, and the display of talents.
The live campaign kicked off with loud team songs. The event was presided over by Chen Nanqiao, deputy captain of the 2020 Young Pioneers, and Zhu Xiangqi, member of the organizing committee. Representatives of the school leadership team and joint counselors served as judges.

Finally, Director Jiang Ling, assistant to the president, made a concluding speech, she hoped that all the cadres of the brigade could be loyal to the motherland and love the people; study diligently and pursue true knowledge; participate in practice and exercise hard; be willing to dedicate, unite and help each other, lead all the team members to make progress together, and be ready to fight for the cause of communism for the prosperity of the motherland and the happy life of the people! At the same time, Director Jiang encouraged the team members, no matter what the outcome of the campaign, to be the best of themselves, is the best!
This campaign has further stimulated the sense of honor and belonging of the vast number of Young Pioneers, and once again made it clear to the Young Pioneers that the Young Pioneers organization is a mass organization for children and young people, and the Young Pioneers are the masters of the Young Pioneers.
