1. Wash and peel all ingredients; carrot cut into hob pieces, onion cut into pieces, potatoes into pieces, chicken washed with blood and water
2. Pour two tablespoons of cooking wine into the chicken, sprinkle with minced black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes
3. Heat the oil in a hot pan and add the onion and simmer until fragrant
4. Pour the marinated chicken into the pan and stir-fry
5. Stir-fry the chicken until white, then stir-fry the carrots and potatoes together
6. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and add cold water until all ingredients are submerged
7. Bring the water to a boil for another 10 minutes, then turn off the heat, pour in all the curries and melt the curries with the remaining heat
8. After the curry is melted, stir well, restart the heat, simmer for 5 minutes on low heat, add the right amount of salt and serve.
