Ingredients
Chicken (half a piece)
Carrots (200 g)
Ground coffee (10 g)
Raw soy sauce (to taste)

Half a chicken, using a small hen.
Chop the chicken into small pieces.
Cut the carrots and potatoes.
Prepare the curry powder and diced onions.
Add soy sauce to the curry powder and mix well.
Add oil to the pan.
Add the chicken nuggets and stir-fry.
Sauté until discolored and pull the chicken nuggets to one side. Add the carrots and potatoes and sauté them, then stir-fry well.
Add boiling water and bring to a boil over high heat.
After 5 minutes of high heat, add the curry powder.
Simmer until chicken nuggets are cooked through. Potatoes crispy. Add salt.
