The competition is jointly organized by the Department of Education of Hunan Province and the United Front Work Department of the Hunan Provincial Cpc Committee, and hosted by Hunan China Vocational Education Society, and is divided into two competitions: the main competition and the special competition. The special competition is a fierce market competition through the virtual operation of entrepreneurial companies on the online competition platform, and a number of enterprises simulated by other participating teams, and the business decisions are made in four quarters, and the final results are automatically generated by the system. The special competition is divided into two processes: the provincial preliminary round and the provincial final. For this professional competition, the Department of Information Technology and Creativity of the Institute attaches great importance to it, and the E-commerce Teaching and Research Department organized 2 teams at the end of May to make careful preparations, and a total of 140 teams from higher vocational colleges participated in the preliminary round of the special competition of the Entrepreneurship Planning Competition, and 40 teams were selected to enter the provincial finals. The two teams of the e-commerce teaching and research department of Shaoyang Vocational College won the second place in the preliminary competition, because the competition stipulates that each school can only have 1 team to participate in the final, so the team of Liu Wei with higher results represented Shaoyang Vocational and Technical College to participate in the provincial final. In the final, the team played steadily and finally achieved the expected results.

Hunan Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Award Entrepreneurship Planning Competition is a high-standard entrepreneurship competition for the entrepreneurial teams of Hunan vocational college students. Since its holding in 2010, the competition has been carried out for eleven consecutive years, building a practical platform for innovation and entrepreneurship for vocational college students, and driving more students to devote themselves to innovation and entrepreneurship.
