But in fact, none of them had ever been prime ministers, and the Qing Dynasty had never set up the post of prime minister!
And the one who is called the prime minister is even more everywhere in the Kangxi Dynasty! For example, Suo Ertu is called Suo Xiang, Nalan Mingzhu is called Ming Xiang, and Chen Tingjing is once privately called Chen Xiang.
In fact, this is related to the regulation of the cabinet system of the Kangxi Dynasty.
In the 9th year of the Kangxi Dynasty, also after the Kangxi pro-government, in order to oppose the Manchu Qing dynasty from the formation of the council system before entering the customs, the cabinet was restored in particular in accordance with the usual rules. However, unlike the asymmetrical setting of the Ming Dynasty's rank and power, the Qing Dynasty system stipulated that the cabinet commanded six ministries and was the head of the hundred officers. Although he does not have the name of prime minister, he ranks first among the six secretaries and can discuss the politics of the world. That's why almost anyone who was a scholar in the Kangxi Dynasty could be called a xiang.
But this prime minister could not shout in front of Kangxi.
Because the purpose of Kangxi cultivating him to fall on you is to prevent anyone from sitting in the position of Zaifu! In "A Generation of Famous Ministers Chen Tingjing", Xu Qianxue holds a grudge because Mingzhu accepted his gift but did not do anything for him. When confronting Kangxi, how about deliberately leaking the explanation? Kangxi was anxious and said, "I did not set up a phase in the dynasty, how can I call the pearl a bright phase?" In fact, this shows from one side that although Kangxi seems to be very eager to divide up their power among the scholars of the Imperial Court who hold real power, during the Kangxi period, this is not yet the time of the fire. Power can only be divided to a limited extent, and no one person is allowed to dominate, so as to affect the imperial power. This matter had to wait for Yongzheng to do, and Yongzheng set up a military aircraft department and turned all the real power factions into his own big secrets.
In fact, the Kangxi Dynasty can be called Xiang, that is, Suo Ertu and Mingzhu. Yes, they are all full! This has a lot to do with the system of the Qing Dynasty. Because the Qing Dynasty wanted to suppress the Han Chinese, the cabinet was mainly a Han bureaucrat who worked almost all the time, and Zaifu had to be elected from among the Manchus!
"A Generation of Famous Ministers Chen Tingjing" is actually the same as the name of "Prime Minister Liu Luoguo".
It's just that "Prime Minister Liu Luoguo" is based on Liu Baorui's cross-talk, which is basically based on folk tales. Although several stories that have been put in "A Generation of Famous Chen Tingjing" are far from historical facts, each case that has been broadcast has a prototype in the main history. For example, in the 23rd year of Kangxi (1684), he neglected to change the official money to du private minting, free of copper tax to facilitate mining; Kangxi 24 (1685) on the "Fuchen Loss of Pay and Bear the Burden of the State According to the Truth" impeached Wang Jiwen; Kangxi 27 (1688) In April, Zhang Huan was hanged for "embezzling more than 90,000 silver", and so on!
Chen Tingjing served as an official in the Kangxi Dynasty for more than 40 years and was deeply valued by Kangxi!
He successively served in important departments such as the Ceremonial Department, the Official Department, the Household Department, and the Punishment Department, and for a long time served as a waiter and a bachelor of lectures, and finally became a scholar of Wenyuange University. Therefore, such a person refers to him as a generation of famous people, which is actually not too much!
Kangxi especially relied on Chen Tingjing, and after Chen Tingjing's death, it can be said that he was full of sorrow and glory. Kangxi inscribed a lot of characters in Chen Ting's hometown "Imperial City Xiangfu", (the common people were also obedient to the house he built for his mother, believing that in addition to the emperor, only the prime minister could build such a house.) He also stayed in Chen Tingjing's hometown. After Chen Tingjing's death, Kangxi gave him the nickname "Wenzhen".
