Xuan Ye was very fond of this Han teacher, and Chen Tingjing was cautious and cautious in the Manchu court. Later, Mingzhu secretly formed a party for personal gain and engaged in party strife, and Kangxi removed him from his post after learning about it, and was soon reactivated, but his speech in the court no longer had any influence. Soetu's father, Soni, was the first assistant in the early years of the Kangxi Dynasty, and Soetu inherited the title of First Class Duke, and he was also the uncle of the Empress, who belonged to the Imperial Family. Therefore, the origin of Suo Etu is obviously beyond the reach of Chen Tingjing and Mingzhu; although Mingzhu's father is not as good as the Suo Etu family, he can also be regarded as a relative of the emperor and the state. Mingzhu was born in the Yellow Banner of Upper Manchuria, the Emperor Taiji's birth mother was the sister of Mingzhu's grandfather, Mingzhu married the daughter of the British Prince Azig, and later Mingzhu's cousin also married the Kangxi Emperor, and had multiple kinship with Kangxi, although its background and starting point were not as good as Suo Etu, but compared to Chen Tingjing, it was much higher; and Chen Tingjing was only a scholar from the Han dynasty, which could not be compared with Soetu and Mingzhu, and in the Qing Dynasty, the Manchu status was higher than that of the Han, and the Manchu rulers were wary of the Han. Kangxi was no exception.
Secondly, compared with the contributions of the three people to the Qing Dynasty, Chen Tingjing was mainly engaged in auxiliary work, except for the Kangxi Dictionary, other merits seem to be invisible, and from Kangxi's weight on him, it can also be seen that he made suggestions and made a lot of contributions behind the scenes; in Kangxi's view, Soetu's greatest contribution was to help himself get rid of Aobai and be pro-government, and his contribution to calming civil unrest and handling external events was also huge. Nalan Mingzhu's main contribution was to support Kangxi in withdrawing San Francisco and recovering Taiwan, and in the struggle against Tsarist Russia, he fulfilled his mission as a representative of the Qing court. The merits of the three people are very large, otherwise they would not have such a high status, in contrast, soetu's merit should be ranked first.
In addition, compared with the names of the three people, the cabinet system of the Qing Dynasty basically followed the Ming Dynasty, and the names of university scholars adopted the promotion system of "Three Halls and Three Pavilions", and the treatment and status were arranged from high to low in the order of the Bohol Hall, Wenhua Hall, Wuying Hall University Scholars, and Wenyuan Pavilion, Dongge, and TirenGe University Scholars. Suo Ertu and Mingzhu are hall-level university scholars, and Chen Tingjing is a scholar of Wenyuange University; The name of Soetu is louder than the pearl. Therefore, from the name point of view, it is also the first in the soetu, followed by the pearl.
Whether it is family background or contribution and title, Suo Etu ranks first, and Chen Tingjing ranks last.

After Chen Tingjing's death, Kangxi was very sad, and often mentioned Chen Tingjing in the courtroom, saying that his death was a huge loss to the country and his personal, and gave Chen Tingjing the title of "Wenzhen", which was not much enjoyed by the Han people in the Qing Dynasty. Although Mingzhu was no longer powerful in his later years, Kangxi still attached great importance to it, and when Mingzhu died, Kangxi sent his crown prince to pay tribute, and Mingzhu was regarded as a good death.
