"Chinese Celebrities" Qing. Chen Tingjing

Chen Tingjing (1638-1712) was originally named Jingjing (敬), ziduan (字子端), a native of Zezhou (present-day Jincheng, Shanxi), a Shunzhi Jinshi (顺治進士), and a Shu Jishi (庶吉士). In 1675, he was promoted to cabinet bachelor and concurrently a ceremonial attendant. Later, he was ordered to enter the South Study Room and relocate the Shangshu of the Ministry of Works. Shi Xiu compiled the Hadiths, Political Canons, Strategies, Unification Chronicles, and Ming History of the Three Dynasties, and was appointed as a chief official. He was also promoted to Scholar of Wenyuange University and concurrently an official. In the Kangxi Dynasty, he repeatedly discussed the law of money and customs. Kangxi died in the fifty-first year. Tan Wenzhen. Qing Dynasty prime minister and scholar. In his life, he was studious, and when he was young, he was on a par with Wang Wan, and later sang with Wang Shizhen in poetry. The teacher of the Kangxi Emperor, the editor-in-chief of the Kangxi Dictionary, made a significant contribution to the standardization of Chinese character standards, and is now the Imperial City Xiangfu as its old residence. He is the author of "Three Rituals", "Travels of the Old Grandmother", "Afternoon Pavilion Literary Compilation", "Zunwentang Collection", "Chen Shuyan Poems" and so on.
