J· J. Abrams' new film focuses on Normandy with elements of science fiction

J.J. Abrams

Mtime Time Network reported on February 2 that according to US media reports, J.J. Abrams' bad robot production company has a new move, and a World War II science fiction film called "Overlord" (provisional translation, overlord) is on the agenda, and the story focuses on two paratroopers.

"World War II" + "Sci-Fi", at first glance, seems a bit different, the synopsis is this: two paratroopers are tasked with destroying German forts on the day of the Normandy landings, but their enemies seem to be not only Nazis, but also supernatural forces against them.

At present, it is not known that this "supernatural" force is some kind of monster or alien creature, and there is even media speculation, given that JJ has announced the construction of the "Clover Universe", so this film described as World War II + science fiction may be just a cover, but it is actually "Clover Files 4". "The Monarch" will be directed by "Children of the Gun" director Julius Avery, the film is already in preparation, and no release date has yet been determined. In addition, after "10 Clover Road", "Clover Files 3" will be released in the United States on October 27 this year.
