Place the ingredient 27g of milk and 7g of oatmeal in a container and mix to soften.
Add 1 egg yolk, 0.5 g of fine salt, 13 g of salad oil, 5 g of black and white sesame seeds, 20 g of cashew nuts, mix well and stir well.
Then add 40g of the material rice flour to the sift, stir well, make rice paste, and set aside.
Then beat quickly until neutral foaming to make a meringue cream.
First take 1/3 of the beaten meringue and mix well.
Pour back into the remaining meringue and mix well to make a meringue rice paste.
Place the protein rice paste in a framed bag and squeeze it into the mold for about nine minutes full.
The fruit grains are then sprinkled on the surface of the protein rice paste.
Bake in an oven that has been preheated to 190°C/150°C for about 20 minutes.
