In 2019, He Xin has become the assistant dean of the Second Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hunan Architectural Design Institute, the director of the Intelligent Building Engineering Division, and the secretary general of the Hunan Architectural Association, and the Intelligent Institute has also developed steadily under his leadership.

In the development process of the Intelligent Institute of Hunan Architectural Design Institute, He Xin's master, Luo Jun, who is currently the deputy chief engineer of Hunan Architectural Design Institute, is the first person to eat crabs, and he shifts his research direction from electrical to intelligent, hoping to help Hunan Architectural Design Institute achieve a breakthrough from zero to some in the field of intelligence. The spirit of the master daring to fight and dare to break through deeply affected He Xin, and he also resolutely chose to switch to the Intelligent Institute.
Because it is a newly established institution, the technology of the intelligent is not yet mature, and the shortage of manpower makes the two masters busy, and they stay in the office all day long in addition to eating and sleeping. After the most difficult time of the opening period, the personnel scale of the intelligent institute has expanded, and He Xin and the master have finally waited to welcome new comrades. They conducted division of labor research on different systems such as security, network, computer room, building automation, etc., and discussed and conquered them together when they encountered difficult problems, thus gradually improving the knowledge structure and technical system of the new field where intelligence is located. He Xin himself has also matured with the deepening of research, and he has written his own thoughts into a thesis for peers to learn and reference.
He Xin and others boldly applied what they had learned and applied the research results to the project, such as the Hunan Provincial Education Examination Institute, the Hunan Branch Building of Bank of China Co., Ltd., the Office Complex Building of Heijin Times Square, and the "Three Halls and One Hall" of Changsha Binjiang Cultural Park... The intelligent special design highlights of many projects of The Intelligence Institute are outstanding and are widely praised inside and outside the industry.
Among them, the intelligent system design project of the office complex building of Heijin Times Square is of great significance to them. At that time, most intelligent buildings only paid attention to the network, monitoring, central air conditioning and other demanding systems, often ignoring building automation, integration, intelligent lighting and other non-mandatory installation systems that can improve building quality. He Xin and his team adhere to high standards: "In order to intelligently control these mechanical and electrical devices, but also to save some energy consumption, we will divide each person into systems, each person is responsible for some content, and basically covers all aspects." ”
In the end, the intelligent buildings they create are both economical and energy-efficient, and they also improve the user's sense of experience due to the highly humanized design. The project also won the third prize of the National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry Award for Intelligent Architecture in 2015.
In 2014, Hunan Building Intelligent Association came into being under the wave of intelligence, He Xin was elected secretary general with excellent professional skills, and he and the master Luo Jun, who was elected president, shouldered the responsibility of promoting the development of the intelligent industry in Hunan and further expanding the influence of the intelligent industry.

Crossing the river by feeling the stones, becoming a first-class registered engineer under the age of 30
In the 12 years of design career, He Xin did not have him, only conscientious and practical.
In 2007, He Xin, like many graduates, embarked on the road of Haitou's resume. By chance, he became a member of the Mechanical and Electrical Institute of Hunan Architectural Design Institute. Because he studied electrical majors in college, He Xin at the beginning of his employment knew almost nothing about architectural design, even the simplest architectural drawings he was confused, and it became a problem to arrange switches and other work that others had to grab. In the face of the huge gap between himself and the industry, He Xin was not discouraged, he bought a lot of architectural drawings and related books for research, and consulted his mentor when he encountered a problem that he could not solve. Four years later, he was successfully admitted as a first-class registered electrical engineer, which was a great honor for him, who was not yet 30 years old at the time.
In 2008, a sudden earthquake struck Sichuan Province, and the lives of the people in the disaster area touched the hearts of all Chinese people. In order to support the construction of the disaster area, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hunan Province set up a support team and rushed to the disaster area to draw engineering drawings to cooperate with the construction of the board house. Although he has only been in the Architectural Design Institute for one year, He Xin's down-to-earth and serious work attitude and proactive learning spirit have made him stand out from many candidates and become a member of the construction assistance team.
If He Xin and his colleagues cannot make design drawings at the first time, the construction of the front-line board house will lag behind, and the lives of a large number of people in the disaster area will not be guaranteed. In order to speed up the construction progress, He Xin and the team members got up early every day and worked greedily and worked for forty days under pressure. Although the work process was really hard, at the moment when he saw the people in the disaster area living in the board house, He Xin felt that the sweat he had shed was worth it. For he Xin, who is just starting out, he has not only been sharpened mentally, but also further improved his business ability.
After switching from the Electromechanical Institute to the Intelligent Institute in 2010, He Xin is still constantly learning and improving himself. In 2016, he was named Senior Engineer, and in 2018, after passing the internal selection and voting of the whole hospital, he was successfully elected as the Top Ten Persons of the Year of the Hunan Architectural Design Institute. In the same year, he became a provincial bid evaluation expert because of the contribution made by the intelligent building industry in Hunan Province, and walked in the forefront of the province in the field of intelligence.
He Xin has set a small goal of "a little progress every year" for himself, from entering the industry to the present, he has been feeling the stones to cross the river, always ready to hit the wall, for the future work he still holds this attitude. "It is good to work hard, the result is natural, and if it fails, we will sum up experience and learn lessons in our future work, so as to improve ourselves step by step." He Xin said.
