Jiujiang News Network News Recently, the Pengze County Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank was approved 500 million yuan of rural land circulation and land scale operation loans, and achieved the first investment of 200 million yuan for the construction of a cultural tourism base along the Yangtze River scenery belt in Pengze County.

It is reported that the total investment of the project is 683 million yuan, and the construction content consists of three sub-projects, including the Madang Fortress Cultural Park Project, the Yangtze River Ecological Culture creative space, and the Pengze Taipo Lake Red Tourism Project. After the completion of the project, through the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism, we will promote the construction of a new socialist countryside, expand the space for tourism development, improve the ecological environment of rural residents, improve the living level and quality of life, improve the local environmental capacity and carrying capacity, promote the transformation of agriculture in Pengze County, optimize and adjust the agricultural and rural industrial structure, and promote farmers' employment and income. At present, the owner unit of the project has signed an employment agreement with the township where the project is located, and intends to hire township farmers as scenic spot employees to improve the living standards of township farmers.
