Kong Aizhu, secretary of the party branch of the Yanjiang Community in Longcheng Town, Pengze County, said that more than 400 retail households and binjiang communities in the community were integrated into a transformation grid, and the shared autonomy model was introduced to ensure that the overall environmental appearance of the grid was greatly improved.
The transformation project of the Riverside Community along the River in Longcheng Town is only a microcosm of the transformation of the old residential area in Pengze County. Since the beginning of this year, the county has invested a total of 60 million yuan, started to renovate 21 old residential areas, with a transformation area of 342,500 square meters, and has completed 15 renovation projects in old residential areas and completed the installation of 11 elevators.
