method:

4. Prepare some side dishes, cut the mushrooms into thick slices, pick and wash the soaked fungus, and then prepare the shallots, ginger slices, and garlic grains for later.
5. Add a little vegetable oil to the wok and sauté a few peppercorns and star anise to bring out the aroma.
6. Then add the chicken nuggets, pour 5 grams of cooking wine along the edge of the pot, sauté for a while, fry the water vapor in the chicken nuggets, fry until the chicken nuggets change color, add onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper, and then fry the flavor of the accessories.
7. Then add a spoonful of soybean paste, 5 grams of oyster sauce, 5 grams of soy sauce, 2 grams of dark soy sauce, fry until the chicken nuggets are evenly colored, add shiitake mushrooms and fungus, pour in a little hot water and the ingredients are flat, then add 2 grams of sugar and 3 grams of salt to taste, cover the pot and reduce the heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
8. After the chicken nuggets are simmered for 10 minutes, the soft dough is arranged by hand into an oval shape, and a circle is placed around the edge of the pot, cover the pot and simmer for another 8 minutes.
