On the afternoon of November 2, Tangguang Junior High School in Chenggu County held a training meeting for class cadres, and 36 class cadres from six classes of the whole school attended the meeting, and the heads of relevant departments and offices of the school attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the person in charge of the moral education department of the school first trained the cadres and students of the participating class from the aspects of the qualities that the class cadres should have, the responsibilities and roles of the class cadres, and the skills of the class cadres. Recent work on campus bullying prevention, investigation and resolution of student conflicts and disputes, campus environmental governance, behavior cultivation, and normalization of epidemic prevention and control has been arranged. In terms of campus environmental governance and behavior habit formation, each class cadre is required to perform their duties, take the lead in setting an example, and drive the whole class to pay attention to hygiene, love the environment, cherish life, spare time and study diligently, develop good hygiene habits, and be civilized and disciplined middle school students. In terms of learning, especially in the new situation of the implementation of "double reduction" and after-school service work in schools, class cadres should play a leading role in uniting and leading the whole class to further form a good atmosphere of catching up with and surpassing learning, and promote the improvement of class academic performance. The safety information officer is required to communicate with the class teacher and the school to grasp and report the contradictions and disputes between the students in a timely manner and to dissuade and resolve them to the best of their ability. Class cadres are required to give full play to their own advantages and cooperate with the class teacher to do a good job in monitoring the health of students and the mapping and reporting of returnees in risk areas, and take the lead in washing hands frequently, wearing masks, and paying attention to personal hygiene.
