Li Shuo said that since the beginning of this year, in order to stabilize the basic plan of foreign trade and foreign investment, Guangxi has issued a number of measures such as the "Implementation Plan for Guangxi to Promote the Innovative Development of Foreign Trade" and the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Development of border industries by Carrying Out the Action of "100 Enterprises Entering the Border", carrying out 100-day precision service activities for foreign-invested enterprises, and coordinating the solution of difficulties in the use of electricity and energy and land indicators for the use of labor.

At the same time, Guangxi has implemented the reform of the mutual market commodity declaration model, expanded the varieties of mutual market commodities, simplified customs clearance procedures for 93 kinds of "food and medicine homologous" Chinese medicinal materials, and solved the problem of enterprises importing Vietnamese sheep. Border trade, border small trade, border people mutual market trade scale ranked first in the country.

In terms of cultivating new foreign trade formats, Guangxi has expanded innovation areas, promoted the construction of ASEAN overseas warehouses, supported e-commerce enterprises to build logistics center warehouses facing ASEAN in Nanning, and accelerated the construction of cross-border e-commerce live broadcast bases. Nanning and Chongzuo areas of Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone completed a total of 6.68 billion yuan of cross-border e-commerce import and export transactions, an increase of 421.4% year-on-year.

Affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, rising comprehensive costs and other factors, Li Shuo expects that the growth rate of imports and exports in Guangxi will decline in the fourth quarter, but the overall trend of foreign trade will not change, and double-digit growth is expected to be achieved throughout the year.
