Recently, the Chifeng Municipal Market Supervision Bureau investigated and handled a case of selling counterfeit "famous wine", and seized 619 bottles of well-known brands of liquor such as counterfeit "Maotai", "Wuliangye", "Guojiao 1573" and "Jian Nanchun", with a value of 733,000 yuan.

On October 20, the Chifeng Municipal Market Supervision Bureau received a case clue provided by the anti-counterfeiting information officer, and a batch of fake wine was sent to Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia through logistics. After receiving the clue, the Chifeng Municipal Market Supervision Bureau quickly contacted the anti-counterfeiting information officer to verify the clue. After follow-up investigation, a total of 20 boxes of "National Cellar 1573" were sent to Chifeng City, and a truck transported the liquor from the set logistics box to a warehouse near No. 90 Changqing Street in Hongshan District.
In order to fully grasp the source, flow direction and basic situation of the parties involved in the liquor case, and avoid striking grass and snakes, the Chifeng Municipal Market Supervision Bureau immediately launched a departmental linkage mechanism to carry out a joint investigation with the public security department. On the one hand, people are sent to stay on duty 24 hours a day to prevent the parties from transferring fake wine; on the other hand, the public security department will investigate the relevant situation of the parties' transport vehicles, warehouses, communications, etc., and at the same time arrange for market supervision personnel to inquire about the registration information and operation of the parties. Through departmental linkage, big data screening, full-chain verification, etc., on the basis of scientific analysis and judgment of case leads, the relevant information of the personnel involved in the case was accurately grasped.
On October 27, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau decided to take action to collect the network, uniformly dispatched a total of 15 people from market supervision, public security and related enterprises to crack down on counterfeiting, and conducted a surprise inspection of the fake liquor storage warehouse of Wang Mou, located near the Second Hospital of Chifeng City, Hongshan District, in accordance with the law, and found a total of 103 boxes of counterfeit brand liquor of "Maotai", "Guojiao 1573", "Wuliangye" and "Jian Nanchun" that had not yet been sold, totaling 619 bottles. After on-site inspection, it was found that the suspected infringing liquor packaging box was covered with unsigned logistics cartons, which was difficult to find during transportation. According to the confession of the parties, the above-mentioned counterfeit well-known brand liquor purchased by the party was mainly purchased by the salesman at an ultra-low price ranging from 300 yuan to 600 yuan per box, and sold to acquaintances or wedding banquets and other consumer terminals. At the time of the crime, a total of 8 boxes of counterfeit brand liquor of "Guojiao 1573", "Wuliangye" and "Jian Nanchun" had been sold.
After appraisal by the staff of Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd., Sichuan Jian Nanchun (Group) Co., Ltd., Guizhou Moutai Liquor Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Yibin Wuliangye Group Co., Ltd., the above 103 boxes of liquor were identified as goods infringing the exclusive right to use registered trademarks, and law enforcement personnel took administrative compulsory measures against the products involved in the case in accordance with the law. According to the market retail price provided by the manufacturer, the value of the products involved in the case was as high as more than 730,000 yuan. Because the parties' actions are suspected of being criminal, the market supervision department has transferred the case to the public security department for investigation and handling.
According to the anti-counterfeiting personnel of relevant enterprises, the batch of liquor seized by the market supervision department is rough in the packaging box and the details of the packaging box; some of the laser anti-counterfeiting codes of the whole box of wine are the same, and the genuine products should be one code per bottle; some outer box anti-counterfeiting labels, anti-counterfeiting tapes, production batches, and gift box anti-counterfeiting labels, anti-counterfeiting points are obviously inconsistent with the genuine process. These liquors are counterfeit registered trademark products.

Tips from the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau
Consumers must be vigilant when buying wine. The first is to choose formal channels to buy to reduce the risk of buying fake wine; the second is to try to let the merchants indicate the batch number of the purchased liquor and other information on the shopping receipt or payment receipt, so as to facilitate their own rights protection. The general public should promptly report counterfeit and shoddy goods to the relevant departments when they find them, and suspected criminal acts should be reported to the public security organs in a timely manner.
