Guizhou Province, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture congjiang county Cuili Yao Zhuang Nationality Township Gao Busy Yao Zhai is located in the qiangui junction of the Gao busy mountains, where Yao compatriots can not be separated from oil tea three meals a day, it is said that "a day does not drink tea, the body will be sha", "a day does not drink tea, will not rake the field", the villagers' homes are prepared for making oil tea tea, yin rice, peanuts (or soybeans), tea leaves and so on.
Whenever a guest visits, the Yao compatriots will burn a fire pot to make oil tea for the guests, pour the tea oil into the pot, and when the tea oil in the pot is rolled, put the dried yin rice into the pot, make rice flowers, and then fry soybeans or peanuts. Then stir-fry the tea leaves in the pot, smell the aroma and immediately flush into boiling water to boil, and then filter with a colander, the strong flavor of oil tea water is made. When everything is ready, put a spoonful of fried rice and a pinch of soybeans or peanuts in each bowl, pour half a bowl of oil tea, add the right amount of salt and eat. When eating oil tea, the first bowl should be handed to the guest first to show respect. After a few bowls of oil tea, I suddenly felt that the pores of my whole body were relaxed and my spirit was extremely excited. Camellia oleifera can also treat mild colds, diarrhea and other diseases, and play a role in refreshing the brain, relieving alcohol and eliminating fatigue.
Nowadays, with the development of tourism, Yaojia oil tea is more and more loved by the majority of tourists, and has become a "golden signboard" in local tourism cuisine.
