Liaocheng, 29 Oct (People's Daily Online) -- In order to carry forward the canal culture and promote academic research, the opening ceremony of the Linqing Zang Kejia Memorial Hall in Linqing City, sponsored by the Propaganda Department of the Linqing Municipal CPC Committee and the Linqing Canal Research Institute of the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, and undertaken by the Party History Research Center of the Linqing Municipal CPC Committee and the Linqing Writers Association Organ, was held on October 29.
Wang Shuli, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and honorary president of the Shandong Provincial Essay Literature Association, Wang Xuechen, vice chairman of the Liaocheng City CPPCC Committee, Guo Jie, president of the Liaocheng City COMMITTEE Party History Research Institute (Liaocheng City Local History Research Institute), Zhang Ge, second-level researcher of the Liaocheng City Federation of Literature and Literature, and Meng Yongchao, member of the Standing Committee of the Linqing Municipal CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Meng Yongchao.
At the ceremony, Jing Yang, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Linqing Municipal CPC Committee and director of the Research Center for Party History (Municipal Local History) of the Municipal CPC Committee, introduced the preparations for the Zang Kejia Memorial Hall in Linqing City and read a congratulatory letter from the Alumni Association of Shandong University.
Liu Bei, director of the Linqing Writers Association Organ, read a congratulatory letter from the Propaganda Department of the CPC City CPC Committee.
Zhang Ge, a second-level researcher of the Liaocheng City Literary Association, read a congratulatory letter from Zheng Suyi, the daughter of Zang Ke's family.
At the ceremony, the book "Zang Kejia and Linqing" was also donated to the teachers and students of Linqing National Experimental Middle School, where Zang Kejia had been teaching.

From 1934 to 1937, Mr. Zang Kejia taught at Linqing Middle School in Shandong Province, and formed a deep friendship with Linqing, during which he composed hundreds of poems, leaving a strong mark in the cultural history of Linqing. In order to promote canal culture and promote academic research, Linqing City, Shandong Province, on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of Zang Kejia's birth, cooperated with Zang Lao's hometown cities to hold a series of activities to commemorate the 115th anniversary of Zang Kejia's birth. Among them, the compilation of the commemorative collection "Zang Kejia and Linqing" and the construction of the "Zang Kejia Memorial Hall" are major events of landmark significance in the cultural history of Linqing.
Zang Kejia Memorial Hall, located on the beautiful Huitong River, in the middle of the memorial halls of zhang zizhong and Ji Xianlin, two major celebrities in Linqing, with a construction area of 300 square meters, is divided into three areas, namely deeds display area, physical display area and video area. The deeds display area includes 13 pages, including preface and afterword, which systematically introduces Zang Kejia's teaching life in Linqing, poetry creation, teachers and students' feelings, interaction with Linqing celebrities, care for Linqing cultural undertakings, etc.; the physical exhibition area displays the items used by Zang Ke's family, letters with Linqing people, inscription inscriptions and related calligraphy works on Linqing; the video area is equipped with Zang Kejia photo wall and Zang Kejia poetry wall inscribed by Linqing calligraphers.
The completion and opening of the Zang Kejia Memorial Hall in Linqing City is a cultural event to enhance the popularity of Linqing and promote the development of cultural tourism, contribute to the promotion of excellent poetry culture, promote cultural exchanges, and contribute to the great development and prosperity of local socialist culture!
