Tao Hai, former inspector of the Anhui Provincial People's Air Defense Office and former president of the Provincial Civil Defense Association, was expelled from the party

On November 13, according to the Anhui Discipline Inspection and Supervision Network, with the approval of the Anhui Provincial CPC Committee, the Anhui Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission conducted a case review and investigation of Tao Hai(a retired) former inspector of the Anhui Provincial Civil Air Defense Office and former president of the Provincial Civil Defense Association for serious violations of discipline and the law.

After investigation, Tao Hai violated political discipline by transferring hidden evidence to resist organizational review; violating the spirit of the eight central regulations by accepting gift money and shopping cards in violation of regulations; violating organizational discipline, using his power and power to seek personnel benefits for others and accepting money and property; violating honesty and discipline, illegally taking part-time remuneration, and reimbursing personal expenses in the unit; and suspected of accepting bribes.

As a leading cadre who is a party member, Tao Hai has lost his ideals and convictions, disregarded party discipline and state law, betrayed his original intention, forgotten his roots, and openly regarded the power entrusted by the party and the people as a tool for seeking private interests; he engaged in power and money transactions, the transmission of benefits, insatiable greed, moral corruption, serious violations of many party disciplines, constituting a violation of official duties, and suspected of accepting bribes and crimes, the amount of which was particularly huge, and he did not rein in or accept his hands after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, which was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Law on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and other relevant provisions, after being studied by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and reported to the provincial party committee for approval, it was decided to give Tao Hai the punishment of expulsion from the party; to cancel the treatment he enjoyed in accordance with regulations; to confiscate his proceeds of violations of discipline and law; to transfer his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved was transferred with the case.
