First, the pension places for self-owned housing transformation do not have supporting fire fighting facilities, fire fighting water sources, emergency escape facilities, and even fire extinguishers are not equipped.

Second, practitioners combine homeowners, operators, managers, and service providers, and even take into account the work of cooking and cooking, and they have hardly carried out health examinations. Moreover, the occupants are not required to carry out health examinations, leaving hidden dangers for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and food hygiene and safety.

Third, these family-style pension places have not gone through any formalities and lack the supervision of relevant departments. Once a fire, food poisoning, personal accident injury, etc., it is often not dealt with in time, and there is a lack of effective solutions when disputes occur.

Call on relevant departments to attach great importance to and effectively strengthen the supervision of rural family-style pension places; rural grass-roots organizations should take the initiative to educate and guide the elderly with pension needs to enjoy their old age in formal pension institutions.
