Most of the patients admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine are elderly patients with chronic diseases who have been bedridden for a long time and have limited mobility, and she is as enthusiastic as her relatives to provide them with basic nursing, psychological care and life care. A patient in his 80s is paralyzed with diabetes, and it is very difficult to turn over after a long period of bed rest, and he has completely lost the ability to take care of himself. Liu Jing took the initiative to change clothes for the elderly and took good care of them.
Seeing her busy in the ward, some family members asked her: Tired or not? Liu Jing knew that this was the patient's real concern, and because of this concern, she felt physically tired but mentally happy, and she felt that all she had done was worth it.
Liu Jing is the head nurse of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and every morning at 7:30, she began to tour the ward, understand the needs of patients and the work of the night nurses before the handover shift, and supervise the day shift nurses to complete the morning care of patients.
"Every day we work with due diligence, and everything is done as quickly and satisfactorily as possible to the patients." This is the sentence she repeats the most every day, which also makes the doctor-patient relationship more harmonious, and her TCM department has always had zero complaints from patients.
