A few days ago, the work conference on nucleic acid testing and vaccination in the education system of Haidian District of Beijing was held.
Beiqing-Beijing headline reporter learned that all primary and secondary school students in the district will undergo nucleic acid testing from November 1, primary schools are required to be completed before New Year's Day, and middle schools are required to be completed before the winter vacation. In addition, vaccinations will start on 1 November for primary school pupils and kindergarten children (over the age of three). At the same time, all on-the-job teachers and staff in Haidian District will also conduct nucleic acid testing, and the vaccine enhancement injection requirement is "fully received".
At the meeting, Wu Jin, deputy director of the Haidian District Education Commission, made arrangements for the nucleic acid testing and vaccination work of teachers and students in the education system, and put forward overall requirements, requiring all schools to attach great importance to the party and government positions, set up special classes to be responsible, and carry out testing and vaccination work in a scientific, reasonable, and orderly manner; all schools and schools at all points must have emergency support work plans, have emergency response awareness and rapid disposal capabilities, and teachers and students must have adverse reactions during and after vaccination, and timely report and dispose of them.
According to the arrangement, the scope of nucleic acid testing for teachers is: all on-the-job teachers and staff of each unit (including non-staff, temporary employment, cleaning, security, canteen staff).
The scope of enhanced vaccination is: the on-the-job teachers and staff of each unit (including non-staff, temporary employment, cleaning, security, canteen staff) have been vaccinated against the new crown virus for more than 6 months (April 30) and are over 18 years old. Personnel who meet the above requirements "should be fully connected".
The scope of nucleic acid testing for primary and secondary school students is "all primary and secondary school students in school", and the testing site will be carried out in each primary and secondary school.
Nucleic acid detection and screening in primary and secondary schools adopts the designated testing institutions of the health department to be responsible for the package, the school district docking and coordination, the school is organized separately, and the school enters the school one by one. The work will start on 1 November, with primary schools completing before New Year's Day and secondary schools before winter break. Testing is carried out monday through Friday and does not take place on weekends.
The vaccination range for 3-11 years old is "primary school students and kindergarten children (over three years old)", which will be vaccinated by the haidian District Health Commission.
It is reported that primary schools will be co-ordinated by the school district, organized by the schools, and hospitals in the districts; kindergartens will be coordinated by the school district, the number of kindergartens will be counted, and a special session for early childhood vaccination will be held in two weekends, and the vaccination points designated by the Health Commission will be led by parents, and the school districts and kindergartens will be coordinated with the vaccination points and peripheral security units; the middle schools will be coordinated by the school districts, the school statistics, and the weekend time will be used to go to the vaccination points recommended by the health department, accompanied by parents for vaccination.
Student vaccination will start on November 1, with the first dose ending by the end of November, the second by the end of December, and the resuscitation ending by the end of January next year. Among them, primary schools are vaccinated during school from Monday to Friday; kindergartens use weekend time to vaccinate. It is worth noting that other vaccines (such as influenza vaccines) need to be spaced more than 14 days apart, and the new crown virus vaccine is prioritized.
