The table tennis competition for middle and primary school students in the city came to a successful end

After four days of intense competition, the 2015 Benxi City Middle and Primary School Students Table Tennis Competition was successfully concluded in the National Fitness Activity Center recently.

In order to comprehensively promote the city's youth sports work, enhance the physical fitness of young people, and explore sports talents, the Municipal Sports Bureau held this table tennis competition at the National Fitness Activity Center. A total of 24 teams and 171 athletes from primary and secondary school teams in our city participated in the event.

In the four-day competition, the athletes fought with wits and tenacity, and after fierce competition, in the end, the junior high school group won the men's team championship by the 27 middle school team and the 12 middle school team won the women's team championship. Yan Yiqi, Wang Jiyuan and Han Bixu won the men's singles championship and runner-up respectively; Wang Luyao, Wang Ning and Tang Yichun won the women's singles championship and runner-up. The county primary school team won the men's team championship by the Cigna Club team, and the municipal experimental primary school team won the women's team championship. Sun Qihao, Zhang Mingyang and Yang Dingchen won the first and second places in the men's singles group A; Yu Xinyu, Ni Yuxin and Chen Wenwan won the first and second places in the women's singles group A; Zheng Zhixiang, Tian Jiaxi and Lu Hanyang won the first and second places in the men's singles group B; Dou Xueting, Huang Jingxi and Pei Zhixuan won the first and second places in the women's singles group B; Hua Yusheng, Dong Hanze and Liu Ziteng won the first and second places in the men's singles group C; Dong Zhijun, Li Jianing and Wang Yanbo won the first and second places in the women's singles group C. In addition, the teams of Mingshan District, Benxi County, Huanren County and Xihu District won the Sportsmanship Award.
