Gansu Wanda Logistics Line Service Company, as an enterprise integrating steel transportation, distribution and sales in Tianshui area, is also the most frequent special line for picking up and delivering cars at Tianshui Station, and all kinds of steel produced by Jiugang and Yugang are shipped from greening and Camel Lane Stations and continuously transported to Tianshui. Speaking of the "secret" of being able to deliver the train to the special line three times a day, Zhao Sijia, director of the Shunting Station of Lanzhou Railway Bureau, felt that "in the overall transportation organization of the station, the 'priority' of our pick-up and delivery of the car has been improved, and the preparation of the shunting operation plan is indeed more scientific than ever." ”

According to Zhao Sijia, from the marshalling yard of Tianshui Station to the special line of Wanda Company, it is necessary to cross the main line, which is the crux of the problem affecting the efficiency of picking up and delivering cars. In the past, crossing the main line and crossing the crossing during the shunting process had to wait about 1 hour to pass, and only 1 to 2 times a day could be organized to reach the professional line. In the face of increasing steel arrivals, how to meet the freight pick-up and delivery needs of cargo owners has become an urgent problem to be solved at Tianshui Station.

Over the past few days, in accordance with the requirements of the Road Bureau's "two adherences and two realizations" to tackle tough problems, Tianshui Station has combined the party history study and education and the practice activity of "I do practical things for the masses" to make practical moves in doing everything possible to improve transportation efficiency, strengthen joint labor cooperation at various posts, organize the staff of the dispatch room, the driving room, and the shunting team to calculate the time of various technical operations for picking up and delivering cars, and jointly determine the shortest release time for the traversal operations in different states such as the length, shortness, emptiness, and weight of the train, and on the premise of ensuring safety, they race against the clock to avoid waiting for time. On this basis, professional and technical personnel and business backbones used the daily shift meeting to conduct a special analysis of the preparation of the shunting operation plan, and actively explored further optimization plans in combination with the actual situation on the spot, which effectively improved the efficiency of truck transit at the station.

"By strengthening the transportation organization, compressing the technical operation time, rationally using the stock channel, and reducing the waiting time for shunting operations to cross the positive line and release, we have achieved fast release and rapid editing, fast pick-up and fast delivery." Zhao Sijia calculated an efficiency account, and now through multi-party coordination and reasonable planning of routes, it takes about 25 minutes to send a car to the Wanda special line, which can be delivered 2 to 3 times a day, the operation time has been greatly shortened, and the operation efficiency has also been greatly improved.

It is reported that since the launch of the "two adherences and two realizations" battle this year, Tianshui Station has continuously optimized service measures and improved transportation efficiency, organized business departments and ticket office personnel of various passenger stations to carry out online and offline marketing 48 times, sold 38 batches of group tickets for labor service companies, schools, travel agencies, etc., and exceeded 6,000 tons of daily loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring the supply of raw materials and product output of local factories and mining enterprises, and injecting strong momentum into local economic development.
